Our artists carefully select from all ideas coming in to assure that each client they work with is getting the best possible tattoo. At times, we are unable to find a good match for a tattoo idea at our shop, and we will notify you if that is the case. Our artists periodically review all new tattoo concepts, and this sometimes results in a waiting period before you will hear back from us. If your preferred artist’s books are closed, you may join their waitlist by heading over to their profile page on our website.
Please note that we require a non-refundable deposit to book a tattoo appointment. Deposit rates vary by artist. If you need to reschedule your tattoo appointment, we require at least 72 hours’ notice. If you reschedule in under 72 hours’ notice, your deposit may be forfeited and you will be asked to put a new deposit on file. Thank you for your interest in working with us at Oxbow Tattoo!
